My stay at Mia Casa Hotel was overall great, especially with the spacious room and stunning sea view. The area has lots of cool coffee shops and convenience nearby. However, I wished I could open a window for fresh air instead of just relying on the air conditioning.

The studio apartment was super clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view from the 12th floor. It had plenty of storage and good prep facilities.
Service

I found the reception staff to be friendly and nice, but a bit more engagement from them would have been appreciated.

Mia Casa is perfectly located near Kennedy Town MTR and all sorts of restaurants and cafes, making it a great base to explore Hong Kong.
Dining

I didn’t find on-site dining options, but there were plenty of bakeries and restaurants around to grab food.
Facilities

The hotel had decent amenities but lacked common areas like a cafeteria, which would have made the stay a bit more comfortable.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at Mia Casa Hotel. The location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants and easy access to transportation, which I loved. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness in the bathroom and had some issues with staff friendliness. Overall, it was spacious and fairly priced, especially considering the outdoor space available.

The Deluxe Studio I stayed in was clean and comfortable, though I noticed some mold in the bathroom corners. The sea view was a nice touch, but the need for renovations was evident.
Service

The staff was friendly during my stay, but I encountered a lack of responsiveness regarding a deposit issue. They seemed a bit unfriendly when it came to accommodating requests.
Location

The location is ideal, situated in the heart of Kennedy Town with numerous dining options and close proximity to the MRT station. It made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.
Dining
7.0
While there wasn't extensive dining in-house, there were fantastic bakeries and eateries just steps away, making meals easy to find.
Facilities

The outdoor space was a standout feature, being quite rare in Hong Kong, but the building's entrance felt a bit unimpressive at first sight.

The staff were friendly and helpful. they even provided me with an adaptor for my travel appliances. However, I found the reception a bit too formal and lacking warmth.

I enjoyed some tasty Italian pasta in the hotel, and there were many options nearby. I appreciated having a bakery close by for quick snacks.

The hotel had good facilities, including reliable hot water and consistent room service. just a minor note, the lack of window ventilation was a bit stifling at times.

I had a pretty solid experience at Mia Casa Hotel. The outdoor space was a huge plus, especially for Hong Kong, and I loved the location near the harbor. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues, like mold in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting.

Rooms

The room was clean and well-equipped, though it was on the smaller side for my husband who's 1.86m. I appreciated the nice sea view.
Service

The staff were generally friendly, but my experience was clouded by some unfriendly interactions, especially regarding the deposit issue. They initially confirmed a request I made but couldn’t follow through later.

I enjoyed some great nearby dining options, especially from a bakery and some wood-fired pizza places. I could also opt for room service, which was nice when I wanted to relax.

6.4/10

My stay at Mia Casa Hotel had its highs and lows. The room was spacious for the price, offering a fantastic sea view, which is hard to find in Hong Kong. However, the service left much to be desired, with unfriendly staff and a lack of amenities that dampened my experience.

Rooms

The Studio Apartment with Sea View was quite spacious and clean, featuring modern interiors. I loved the view from my 12th-floor room but was disappointed that I couldn't open a window for fresh air.
Service
5.0
While the reception was available 24 hours and a few staff were kind, overall, the service felt impersonal and unfriendly. I even felt a bit uncomfortable with a non-responsive demeanor during check-in.
Location
9.0
The hotel is tucked away in Kennedy Town, which was quieter yet close to the MTR, making it easy for me to get around. I appreciated the local charm and the nearby coffee shops.
Dining
5.0
There were no dining options at the hotel itself, and I had to look for meals at nearby bakeries or enjoy snacks in my room, which wasn’t ideal.
Facilities
5.0
The limited facilities were apparent, as there wasn't much else beyond the reception area. It felt more like a rental than a hotel, lacking a communal space or dining area.
